This website is operated by SWIFTEYE TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a Brazilian company headquartered in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, hereinafter referred to as "SwiftEye".

SwiftEye acts as the controller of the personal data collected through this website, under article 5, VI, of Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Personal Data Protection Law, or LGPD).

Communications concerning personal data, including requests for access, rectification or deletion, must be addressed to contato@swifteye.com.br.

This website employs no cookies, tracking pixels, audience analytics tools or third-party scripts of any kind. The typeface used is served from SwiftEye's own domain, and no request is made to an external provider while the user browses.

Because no processing occurs through such technologies, no cookie consent notice is presented to the user: there is no circumstance that would warrant one.

Should SwiftEye adopt an audience measurement tool, this Notice will be updated beforehand and consent will be obtained wherever the applicable legislation so requires.

Collection of personal data through this website occurs exclusively by means of the free trial and commercial contact request form, and solely upon the data subject's voluntary completion of it.

The following data are collected: name, corporate email address, company name, an indicative range of the number of endpoints administered, the indication of interest (free trial or commercial contact) and, optionally, a free-text message. Where the data subject requests the free trial and accepts its Terms, the version of the Terms accepted and the date of acceptance are also recorded.

SwiftEye does not collect the visitor's IP address, does not build browsing profiles, and neither acquires nor enriches such information from third parties.

The data are processed for the sole purpose of establishing and conducting commercial contact regarding the SwiftEye platform, including evaluation by means of a free trial.

The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, given upon submission of the form, under article 7, I, of the LGPD. The record of acceptance of the Free Trial Terms is processed to carry out preliminary procedures relating to the trial, at the data subject's request, under article 7, V, of the LGPD.

SwiftEye does not send bulk marketing communications, does not sell the data collected and does not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

The data are stored in a PostgreSQL database administered by SwiftEye and hosted on cloud computing infrastructure.

Access is restricted to the personnel responsible for commercial contact and is conditioned upon multi-factor authentication.

Records are retained for as long as the purpose that motivated their collection subsists. Once that purpose has ceased, or upon the data subject's request, the data are deleted.

Under article 18 of the LGPD, the data subject is assured, among others, the right to obtain confirmation that processing exists, to access their data, to rectify incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data, to request the anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law, and to withdraw consent at any time.

These rights may be exercised by writing to contato@swifteye.com.br, and a response will be provided within 15 (fifteen) days.

This Notice governs the processing of personal data carried out through this website. Processing within the SwiftEye platform — meaning the technical information collected from the equipment administered by contracting clients — is governed by the agreement executed with each managed service provider, under which SwiftEye acts as processor and the contracting party as controller.

For the sake of completeness, the principle underlying the design of the product is stated here: the agent installed on the equipment collects technical security-posture and inventory information, and performs no capture of file contents, no keystroke logging and no monitoring of users' browsing.

This Notice may be updated at any time, particularly as a result of changes in the applicable legislation or in the processing practices adopted by SwiftEye. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
